    Bio-Retention Soil (Bio-Soil) certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation. Engineered for higher infiltration and to reduce runoff, bio-soil is required on many projects for the state, counties and local municipalities. It’s richer than standard topsoil, with greater absorption and more nutrients. BSM-S is a lower pH mix for better promotion of grass growth.
